When you send a project request we receive your name, the project type, and the contact method you choose to give us — a mobile number, an email address, or both. Company name, budget range, timeline and any extra details are optional and only stored if you fill them in. If you chat with the studio assistant, the conversation and anything you upload to it are stored with the request so we can follow up on it.
Only to reply to your request, understand the project, and continue the conversation with you. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking for it.
The Glare Studio team. Requests are stored on our hosting and database provider and a notification is emailed to the studio inbox through our email provider. These providers process the data on our behalf and nothing more.
We keep project requests as long as they are useful for the working relationship. You can ask us to delete yours at any time and we will.
The site loads a small measurement script (flock.js) that records each page view: the page address, the page you arrived from, your browser's user-agent string and language, and a country derived from your device's time zone. It also records page-speed readings (loading, responsiveness and layout stability). To tell one visit apart from another it sets a cookie named session-id that expires after 30 minutes of the visit; it is not tied to your name and is not used for advertising. No other analytics or advertising trackers run on the site.
