A bilingual food packaging system for Saudi Arabia's Barn's — bagel sleeves, croissant wraps, tube labels and a four-flavour sandwich box range, all built on one illustrated world.
Challenge
Barn's sells across café counters, drive-thru windows and grab-and-go shelves, in Arabic and English, with dozens of SKUs. Every pack had to be legally complete and instantly navigable without turning into a label.
Approach
We set one illustrated language — flat characters, green hills, palm runs and the Barn's storefront — and let colour carry the flavour. The grid, the mark position and the nutrition panel are fixed across every format; only the scene and the colourway change.
Outcome
A range that scales: new flavours are drawn, not redesigned, and the same artwork moves between drive-thru and seat-in packaging with only the legal block re-set.

Roast Beef Bagel — Sleeve
Packaging
The same sleeve architecture carried to the roast beef variant — the illustration changes cast and the flavour lockup changes language, but the grid, the green field and the panel order stay fixed so the range reads as one family on shelf.
A triangular wrap for the flat croissant, printed in two flavour colourways — Lotus in blush pink, Chocolate in pale mint — with the drip illustration cropped by the pack shape so the topping appears to pour over the top edge.

Seat-In Sandwich Package
Packaging
The dine-in version of the same box, re-specified for table service: a slightly larger serving, a reset nutrition block and tightened ingredient typography, while the artwork stays identical to the drive-thru pack so guests see one brand in both channels.
